Additional Announcements

The members of Kirk Session are reminded of their meeting this Tuesday evening at 8pm.

We hope that our new Sunday morning prayer and fellowship time will begin on Sunday 8th March at 10:45am.  The tea rota for that will be available next week.

We are currently in the process of electing a new congregational committee.  The committee exists to help the kirk session by taking on the responsibility of certain practical duties, such as caring for the needy, looking after the building, and managing finance.  There are currently lists of eligible voters displayed at the front and in the vestibule.  Please have a look at the list to check if it is accurate. If you have any objection to the exclusion or inclusion of a name, please send that in writing to the minister by 11:59pm on Sunday 1st March so that the list of voters can be finalised.  Voting papers will be available on the 8th March and must be returned by the 22nd.  Thank you.

If you think you might be interested in becoming a minister in PCI, there is a ministry taster day on Saturday 14th March, 10:30am-1pm, at Union Theological college, Belfast.   It’s a chance to meet faculty members, find out what’s involved in the application process and hear about life at the college.  It’s free, but you need to book by 7th March by emailing p.todd@union.ac.uk
